Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 7, 2026
The Human Reimagined Institute ("we", "us") operates humanreimagined.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we need to run a public consultation on the Minimum Viable Soul standard.
What we collect
When you vote on the standard, nominate an organisation, or apply to join the Founding Circle, we collect the information you submit through those forms — typically your name, email address, organisation, role, and any free-text comments you provide. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) from our hosting provider.
How we use it
We use submissions to (a) compile aggregate results from the public consultation, (b) follow up with nominees and Founding Circle applicants, and (c) send occasional updates about the Institute's work. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) with row-level security enabled. Email is handled by standard transactional providers. We retain submissions for as long as the consultation is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for reporting purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted. Email hello@humanreimagined.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate (for example, to keep you signed in if you authenticate). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
We may update this policy as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
