These terms govern your use of humanreimagined.com (the "Site"), operated by the Human Reimagined Institute ("we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Provisional standard

The Minimum Viable Soul standard published on this Site is a provisional draft offered for public consultation. It is not a certification, endorsement, or legal compliance regime. We may revise or withdraw any part of the standard at any time.

Your submissions

When you submit a vote, nomination, comment, or Founding Circle application, you confirm that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your submission for the purposes of running the consultation and publishing aggregate results. We will not publish your name or contact details without consent.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to submit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing content; to impersonate others; to attempt to gain unauthorised access; or to interfere with the Site's operation. We may remove submissions and restrict access at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, and original writings (including the manifesto and the Minimum Viable Soul standard) are © Human Reimagined Institute. You may quote and share short excerpts with attribution. For other uses, please contact us.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Human Reimagined Institute will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
